Will your bands fit my watch?
If you own a Fitbit watch, then we will definitely have a band for you! If in doubt, look at the product title to determine you’re purchasing the correct band for your model of Fitbit, or get in touch and we’d be delighted to help!
Are they easy to fit?
All our bands are very easy to fit! They feature ‘quick release’ technology so they can be attached and detached without having to go to a watch repair specialist.
What are your watch straps made of?
Our Fitbit bands are made from premium quality materials such as silicone, nylon, stainless steel and leather. We work with an ethical supplier who sources the raw materials used to make our bands from very reputable sources.
They are robust and durable – meaning you’ll have a high-quality strap for years to come!
Where do you ship your straps?
Whilst based in the US, we are delighted to ship worldwide including the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
What happens when I order my watch strap?
Once you place an order, we’ll aim to ship your band within 48 hours and you should receive it within 5 - 10 business days.
When your band is shipped, you'll receive a unique tracking number so you can keep tabs on your order. You can track your order at the following website - https://parcelsapp.com/en/
My band doesn’t fit
We're sorry to hear that! We offer a 14 day returns policy in which you can return the band to us and we’ll process a full refund for you. We’d also be delighted to help you find a strap that fits!
